These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the altayran website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Our Service
altayran provides online travel search and price comparison services, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, through its websites, apps, and other platforms. altayran is a metasearch engine — we aggregate and display pricing information from hundreds of third-party travel providers, airlines, hotels, online travel agencies, and other partners ("Travel Providers"). We do not sell tickets, make bookings, or act as a travel agent. When you select a price or deal on altayran, you are redirected to the Travel Provider's own website or app to complete your booking directly with them.
2. Third-Party Travel Products
All flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel products displayed on altayran ("Travel Products") are provided by independent Travel Providers. altayran is not responsible for providing, setting, or controlling the prices of any Travel Products. Your booking, payment, and use of any Travel Product is governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Provider. Any issues with a booking — including cancellations, changes, refunds, or disputes — must be resolved directly with the Travel Provider, not with altayran.
3. Price Accuracy & Availability
Prices shown on altayran are sourced from Travel Providers in real-time and are subject to change at any time. The prices displayed are the best available at the time of your search and may vary based on availability, demand, currency exchange rates, and additional fees or taxes applied by the Travel Provider. altayran does not guarantee that any price will be available at the time you attempt to book. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but we cannot be held responsible for pricing errors originating from Travel Providers.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account to save favorite flights and hotels, manage preferences, and access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. altayran reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not: use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Services without our written consent; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes; impersonate any person or entity; or circumvent any security measures of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying technology — are owned by altayran or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Services contain links to Travel Provider websites and other third-party sites. These links are provided for your convenience. altayran does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. When you leave altayran by clicking on a Travel Provider's link, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. altayran does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not make any warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including prices and availability displayed on our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, altayran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any Travel Product booked through a link on our platform; (c) unauthorized access to your account; or (d) any third-party content or conduct. altayran's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to altayran (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless altayran, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Modifications to the Terms
altayran reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
