Delete your Tripzle account

You can delete your Tripzle account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From inside the app

  1. Open Tripzle and go to the Account tab
  2. Tap My Account
  3. Tap Account management
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm in the dialog

If you signed in with Apple, you will also confirm in Apple's own sheet. The app shows "Account deleted successfully" when it is done.

Your account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the app

Email contact@tripzle.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We will confirm your identity, delete the account, and write back to tell you it is done. This takes up to 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Saved items and wishlists
  • Your reservation records
  • Flight alerts you set, and the subscriptions behind them
  • Push notification tokens
  • Sign-in tokens

If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Tripzle's access to your Apple account at the same time.

What stays, with you removed from it

Your searches and the pages you viewed remain in our records with your account id stripped out, so they can no longer be traced back to you.

What we keep

Records of booking sites you tapped through to. Your account id, IP address and browser identifier are removed from them. We keep the record because our partners pay us based on those referrals and the records have to be reconcilable.

A note that an account with your identifier was deleted, so a sign-in from before the deletion cannot bring the account back. You can still create a new account with the same email.

Consent records, which keep your account id but hold no IP address or browser identifier. These are kept as proof of consent under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Backups. Our database is backed up daily and those backups are kept for seven days, so your deleted data is fully gone around seven to eight days after deletion.

What happens to your bookings

Nothing. Tripzle is a comparison service and does not hold your bookings.

Any booking you made went through a travel provider's own website and stays with them. Deleting your Tripzle account does not cancel it, change it or refund it. To do any of those, contact the provider you booked with directly.
